Avem nevoie de:
- 200 ml lapte de cocos cremos
- 125 gr zmeură
- 3 plicuri de green sugar (sau îndulcitorul preferat, după gust)
Cum procedăm:
Mixăm toate ingredientele cu mixerul vertical sau cu blenderul. Sterecuraţi compoziţia printr-o strecuratoare fină pentru a îndeparta seminţele de zmeură.
Punem compoziţia în forme şi dăm la congelator pentru 4 ore.

Popsicles aux framboises et coco
Nous avons besoin de (pour 4 popsicles):
- 200 ml de lait de coco crémeuse
- 125 gr de framboises
- 3 enveloppes de "green sugar" (ou sucres selon votre goût)
Préparation:
Au robot culinaire ou au mélangeur, mélangez bien le lait de coco, les framboises et le sucre.
Filtrez la composition au tamis à l'aide d'une spatule, afin d'enlever tous les grains de la préparation.
Verser dans les moules à popsicle.
Faire congeler 4 heures.
Au moment de servir, passer les moules sous l'eau chaude pendant quelques secondes pour en détacher les sucettes glacées.

Raspberry coconut popsicles
We need (for 4 popsicles):
- 200 ml creamy coconut milk
- 125 gr fresh raspberries
- 3 envelopes of green sugar (or your favourite sweetener to taste)
Preparation:
In a blender or a food processor, add the raspberries, the coconut milk and the green sugar. Blend until smooth and pass through a fine sieve to get rid of the raspberry seeds.
Pour blended mixture into popsicle molds, place in freezer and allow to chill for 4 hours.
Remove from molds by running warm water over the mold until the popsicles slide out.
